Kroger

Hello, I came in to pay an urgent bill at customer service. I arrived shortly before 9 am and was told that Customer Service didn’t open until 9:00 am. No problem, I chose to wait…20 minutes went by, no one showed up to help me and the associates at self check out just ignored me and my request for a manager. I know things happen but come on, at least acknowledge that I’ve been standing for 20 minutes. Something!

My only complaint about this store is that they’re famous for having sale prices from 1-2 weeks ago still displayed on the shelves. Most of the time I don’t catch the mistake until I’ve left the store. Please do better, in this economy nobody is trying to spend more than they have to.

One of the neatest Kroger I’ve ever stepped foot on. The second floor is what set this location apart compared to the neighborhood Kroger where I reside. Kroger is always awesome & will always one of my go to since. One of the brand name I grew up with.

Never had a problem with expired food or bad service. Tabatha, bless your heart honey. She is sooo sweet and energetic! Give her a raise and let her train every employee on kindness lbvs

Decent Kroger, but there are some items you just can’t get here due to a constant fruit fly infestation. Wish they would do something about it.

I had the WORST experience at this location on 6/8/23 around 5:00 pm. My order would not process so I asked the associate to void it out so that I could get a different debit card out of my car. When I came back inside literally ONE minute later, I was told the employee was in the restroom taking a bowel movement WITH MY RECEIPT!! It is so DISGUSTING that an employee would take ANYTHING from the store inside of the restroom with them!! I had to wait literally 30 minutes with the store manager for the employee to bring my receipt out of the restroom. I would like corporate to investigate this store, that is BEYONG unsanitary!!!

Well, this used to be my favorite kroger. The old lady at self checkout recognizes my boyfriend and I, refuses to acknowledge us and will skip us a few times before "helping" which usually consists of talking about us to herself. Hopefully it's not because we're young and gay but it most likely is. Good thing there's another kroger right around the corner in toco hills.

I’ve lived nearby for the last 5.5 years, and have done 95% of my shopping here. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the area. Prices are reasonable and they often have 50% mark downs on meat and produce. The staff has consistently provided good service, and I enjoy seeing several familiar faces each time I visit. I was compelled to write this review based off the service Laconzila gave me while checking out yesterday. Friendly, helpful, quick - this is the service that keeps me shopping here. Thank you!

I placed an online order and after alerting them that I was on the way and then there, it still took a while for the customer service rep to come out. I will say that he was very nice once he got to my car so that made up for the wait. This Kroger, while a bit smaller than others I've been to, has a very nice selection of items and tend to always readily have everything I need. It is convenient to work so I will definitely keep patronizing this location.

Great upscale grocery store. Open 6 am to 1 am. Love to shop here. Great hours. Great choice. Friendly service.
