Amazingly delicious food! If you love Asian food, then you urgently need to try their dishes, they are all masterpieces! I order from them all the time super fast delivery. I love their poke bowls, soups and noodles. Haven't tried the sushi yet, but I'm definitely going to! Great staff, and thank you for your excellent customer service.
The ramen was not even cooked… the noodles were harder than the ramen noodles you’d cook at home. They even came out as a chunk!!!! The sushi was falling apart and I never had sushi that way… they’re ingredients were not rolled tight AT ALL and this restaurant is a disrespect to Japanese food
I liked their food before and ordered again from Seamless today. I got sushi and a salmon yaki udon. There's no issue with the sushi but the udon had only flakes of salmon $14, and it has a huge amount of salt/msg in it. So it is only logically to try to get a refund or partially but the restaurant didn't approve because they want to scam their customers. There are many better places around that I won't order again because of their ethics.
Salmon salad was underwhelming. There were 5 pieces of spicy salmon amongst a medium sized bowl of nothing but salad. The salmon was delicious and spicy without being mushy but it was far too few in a bed of salad.
Maybe the eel bowl and salmon salad weren't made with as much love as they would've been if we hadn't ordered at 11p but the flavors were still good and good sized portions. I jus wish they didn't fill up the eel bowl with 80% rice. Call in for pick up, much quicker and cheaper than online
Walked 1.3 miles to find out there’s no dine-in by a woman at the register who was curt, no less. That was fun, especially on an empty stomach. Kuma should probably update that before someone else makes a similar mistake. Lost a potential. Do yourself a favor and hit up Jin Ramen Sushi about 10 mins away on the M instead.
Just ate some ramen and totally disappointed. I don’t think ever reviewed food before but chicken was just randomly cooked chicken, broth was bad. Driver was polite and punctual.
Never been inside but I order on seamless a few times every month. The ramen comes perfectly and the delivery is so fast. They deliver later than you’d think too. Shrimp fried rice is great. Sushi is pretty good as additions, but the rice and noodle dishes are the best.
Tried ordering a poke bowl but the lady at the counter was so rude and mean looking. She wasn’t willing to let me create my own bowl and had the a really look on her face...talk about bad customer service...ugh. If you want really good sushi and the best poke bowl in queens with awesome customer service try Yo fresh shogun sushi down the block. Trust me you won’t regret it. The owner set the bar so hi with his banging sushi and great customer service.
Disrespectful to Japanese food
