We walked in after the closing time. Though the waitress was not happy about it, still she was happy to accommodate our online order and honored it by preparing the drinks taro milk tea and wintermelon milk green tea with absolute professionalism. We felt that 5$ was quite a lot for the hype about this bubble tea. I had heard that earlier Kung fu tea used to be so famous and the bubble tea came in a taller cup. Now though felt it was slightly overhyped but the tea was good. So had a refreshing cup.
The flavors, bobas and mixes are amazing, worth every dollar spent. The location could need a redesign and a little more care into it. But overall, the drinks are amazing, give it a shotDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
The staff was nice enough to accommodate my request for some brown sugar in the rim of my cup for my winter melon grin tea with less sugar. Overall it was better than teas from other locations of the same chain.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Pretty similar to other Kung Fu Teas in Virginia. I am sorta aghast at how expensive bubble tea is becoming, especially what I consider to be the McDonalds of boba. I ordered an oolong tea with oolong tea jelly, and I regret that. The jelly was very hard to drink and did not easily come up through my straw. However I did think the 70% sweet hit a pretty good sweet spot of not too sweet, but not too watery. Will I be back? Maybe, they also seem to be a korean ghost kitchen that serves lunch/fried chicken that I am interested in!
The people were really friendly. I had boba, which was good. Did not try any of the food yet.
Great location, and more in a more central and public-transit accessible location than the one in Georgetown. The best part about this location is the food option. I got the veggie noodle soup and was able to substitute some of the items rice noodles, corn, etc.. The broth was great and there were many topping options. Not overpriced. Refreshing to find an unpretentious yet delicious noodle place around here. You'll find a casual atmosphere here no wait staff. I highly recommend this place for a meal and if you have a craving for bubble tea. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
The drink is good. So does the noodle. The broth is authentic Japanese style and the noodle itself is chewy. Highly recommended. Oh, try their takoyaki and pop corn chicken, you won’t regret!
Wow the tea is really good! Can't wait to try other flavors. Sucks they are far my apartment.
So good! Loved that I could customize my tea. Really wanna try their Ramen next time! Employees are super friendly
