Nicole is a true skin and beauty expert, and she is very knowledgeable. I have been going  since 2020, and my skin has never looked better. She makes sure to explain the rationale for her well-informed recommendations - be it for treatments or products - to give a good understanding of what we're doing and why. I have been having regular chemical peels and hydra facials, and my skin is much improved - I have fewer/no breakouts, my skin texture is transformed, and pores are significantly reduced. Nicole also goes above and beyond to make broader recommendations tailored to your specific needs, and her conversation is engaging and lively. I haven’t had any treatments with Hana but she is a wonderful person. To top it all off, the place is always clean and sanitized and the staff is very welcoming. I very much look forward to my visits for laser and microneedling treatments.

I've been a regular customer for facials since 2018.  I currently see Lilian, who is wonderful and puts me to sleep with her facial and shoulder massage every single time.  I can count on my KUR visits as the most relaxing hour of each month!  High marks for quality of treatment my skin is much improved, tranquil facility, and customer service.

KUR Skin Lab has such a niche, cozy and yet upscale. Located right near the train and on top of Starbucks ; in a great building! I’ve always received a lovely welcome, with open doors and warm greetings. I’ve experienced professional, generous and thoughtful care from the moment I step in ‘till I step out- and beyond then. All my after-care questions were attended to with patience, kindness and attentiveness by all members of the staff. Shoutout to Naomi, who is absolutely the best and I‘m careful to say that sparingly. She is SO gentle and yet thorough, sweet, positive, patient and takes her time! This is the best medspa I have ever used. The staff is amazing and I have received many treatments from Kevin. Kevin is amazing - he takes the time to explain why specific skin issues are occurring and how his treatments target them. He never rushes, answers every question, and provides expert treatment. I am beyond blown away and the treatments I have received for laser genesis and stretch mark removal therapy have shown amazing results. They are my go to and I will continue to return for more! Wow! That was AMAZING!  I had the best facial performed by Hana.  I received the acne control treatment. During the process Hana is very pleasant, answered all of my questions and gave me some wonderful suggestions.  It was such a pampering and relaxing experience that I  literally, wanted to book another facial that week!  I’ll definitely be back

Received a gift card for a seed cleanse facial and it was AMAZING! My estheticians name was Lilian and she did a great job. I’ve never had a facial like that one and I use to get them frequently. Very soothing and informative session. Will definitely go back.

I recently had a Microdermabrasion Treatment with Hana. She was amazing! I really enjoyed the face massage and the result after. It’s been 2 weeks since my visit, and pore still look very good. I usually have a lot of problems in that area, but this time it was fixed. Also Hana gave me great advice how to take care of my skin. I highly recommend this place!

I love my experience at KUR. Naomi is the best! She is super calming and has a lot of great knowledge about all things skincare. I booked a hydro facial and the results are amazing! Can’t wait for my next one!
