LIARS. I signed up for a month long membership for $250 after my first treatment. I specifically asked the front desk associate if my credit card will be charged for future dates and he said no. LIAR! To my surprise I was, and have continued to be, charged $350 per month since. I'm sure someone from Skin Laundry will comment on this, hi, I'm disappointed that I was intentionally misinformed verbally in store, it's not an ethical business practice. I took their word and didn't read the fine-print who does that? I know you definitely don't... because I trusted your business. At that price point, $600, I would have gone to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for laser treatment.

My Skin Laundry has been incredible but I am considering cancelation of my membership after almost two years of membership. I started my treatments with the Fraxel laser they offered, unfortunately they have since replaced those lasers with what I understand to a CO2 Fraxel laser. I don’t feel like I get the same results with the new laser, it’s far harsher on my skin and two weeks after the treatment my skin feels dry, scaly and I have breakouts. I really hope they consider adding back the old Fraxel laser, otherwise I will likely cancel. I will note the signature laser is nice, but unfortunately is just doesn’t address my skin needs at this time.

I've heard so many good things about Skin Laundry from my client I've decided to try it. Yesterday was my first appointment and treatment which was a pleasant experience. I 'm already seeing results ! Definitely going to come as as I purchased my first package as well after my visit. Everyone was nice, friendly and explained to me what to expect etc. I'm a happy camper.

After my first and what I thought would be my last facial and the reaction my skin had to it, I thought id never get a facial again. But, mother knows best! I went to Skin Laundry with her for her and she convinced me to get one too. 15 minutes later and my skin felt glow-y and beautiful! Thanks Ruby and the Skin Laundry team for changing my mind on facials. The excellent staff and service made it an amazing experience.

Skin Laundry Midtown East has the friendliest staff and cleanest facilities. I'm loving the results from my treatments and their skincare products. The facials are 15 minute laser and light treatments. A Nurse always performs the treatment, so you know you're in safe hands. I'm a laundry club member so I frequent this spot, and they're punctual 90% of the time. Occasionally when they run late they've hooked me up with an extra mask. Booking and rescheduling is very easy to do online.

I have been getting "laundered" for a year now and love it! I go once a week for the Signature Plus and add in the Neck and Chest during the first week of every month. As an avid skin care enthusiast, I've yet to find a regimen that has left my skin more youthful, bright and nourished. I also have transitioned to all the products and feel they compliment the treatments wonderfully. I frequently receive compliments on my skin and proudly recommend Skin Laundry!

Went in for the free 15 minute facial thinking I'd be getting a sample of the full service. Didn't realize the trial was a whole session. The process was quick and a tad uncomfortable as the laser stung slightly but I kinda loved feeling like my pores were being fully stimulated. I noticed immediate results--my acne scars were faded, redness reduced by at least 50%, lines on my forehead were lessened, my face felt less bloated, my eyes brighter...I just felt more glowy overall. It was a Saturday and I went out to dinner that night wearing half the makeup I normally wear. Still noticing the benefits a day later. Highly recommend for anyone with acne scars, bloating, redness, or uneven skin tone.

I am so glad I discovered Skin Laundry. I live in CT and occasionally go into NYC for the day, and now whenever I do I will try to go to make a stop here. They do a great job of making skin treatments accessible for all by making them fast and affordable. The environment is clean and chic, and the procedure is easy and painless it actually kind of tickled. I am in my mid-to-late twenties and battle occasional breakouts and am seeing the first signs of fine lines. After my first treatment, my active breakouts shrunk overnight and the redness was gone within a couple days. I couldn't fine the one pesky fine line on my forehead. After my second treatment, which I did about a week and a half later, my skin was so smooth the next day and glowy and I still can't find the one fine line. The only thing I could do without is the sales pitch at the end for products and other treatments, but I understand is part of their business model. If you are on the fence about giving it a try, do it. Oh, and PLEASE come to CT Skin Laundry!

Visited this place about a week ago and was absolutely amazed by them first I talked to Gloria i think the girl's name was Gloria and she explained everything and asked if i had any questions; then I did the treatment with Ruby and was very happy with the results! I had just landed from a loooong flight and I looked really tired, but after the facial I looked alive again. I booked my next appointment straight away. Girls please go and try, I read few of the bad reviews i saw here and literally cannot believe that we went to the same place, I'm not saying people here are lying, but as the first facial is for free, there's no reason for you not to go and see for yourself
