Kurukulla Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies was founded in 1989 under the spiritual direction of Lama Zopa Rinpoche and the FPMT. As an urban Dharma center, we offer regular classes multiple days throughout the week, everything from yoga and meditation to Buddhist philosophy.
Under the guidance of resident teacher Geshe Tenley, Kurukulla Center's overarching mission is to work for the liberation of all beings from all forms of suffering. We provide a community of support for those who are studying and practicing the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Our doors are open to everyone, regardless of your levels of experience with Buddhism. We never charge for Dharma, all of the teachings of the Buddha are shared freely.
