L A Nails

This was my 1st time going there. I took my disabled mother there who has been happy getting acrylic nails for several years. I don't remember my nail techs name, but she was very friendly, great manicure and gel polish. I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend.Service: Gel manicures

This was my first and last time coming here. I did not feel welcomed. Also, because I chose regular nail polish instead of gel polish I felt like that was a problem for the nail tech. I wanted a full set and a pedicure but, after I felt like the price went up because I chose regular polish I did not get the pedicure. I was rushed out before my nails were even dry! FYI if the nail polish is sticky the polish isn't dry! I should've been able to sit until my nails were dry! It's not like they were done for free or something! Did I mention I was knicked with the drill twice? Just a horrible experience. If you want to recieve the services they want to give you instead of what you want you should go here! It was the worst service. I spent 100 dollars on this set that len didn't even try on. I also asked for leopard and she said no. She didn't file my nail around the edges so the nail looks like a kid did it. She was so happy to make the 100 dollars so bad she didn't even pay attention to the expression and wanted to do her own thing after I said I wanted leopard. I'll never go backService: Acrylic nails

Horrible! Used to be my number one favorite nail place for 10 years. Now the work is shoddy and the nails fall off one by one within a week. I went back to have them repaired and the nail tech made me schedule with someone else and when I scheduled with her she said she had somewhere else to go so I had to come back tomorrow. I paid $100 for a full long length ombre set only for them to start to fall off and not be repaired. I also ended up getting jewels on two nails which cost me an extra $10 and those started to fall off as well. I'm actually sad because they have always done excellent work and I have referred a lot of people there over the years and now everyone has the same complaints about LA nails that all of our nails fall off within a week's time and they don't do anything about it.
