If you have everything in order the process will go easy. I love the girl behind the counter she is nice and sweet whenever I go grab cars from there. The Lunch time is a little inconvenient but hey they gotta eat too.
I would give a 0 star review if I could. Not only are the towing prices ridiculous but the employees are very rude. $255 to get my car released back to me and an additional $225 to get the car towed within the city is ridiculous! Especially when I already had a tow truck on the way to pick up my car. I’ve had my car towed from Southfield and only had to pay $75. This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a tow company.
The young lady helping me was very curt. She indicated cannot not give change back. Therefore if your bill is 155.00 and you give $160.00 they keep the $5. Really. Awful service.... DPD needs to reframe from using them. They are charging extra fees. I have filed a formal complaint w DPD Investigation Dept.
Very very rude and disrespectful, they are in this business to steal from people not to make a living I have never dealt with someone as rude as them the lady in front I believe her name was faith or something doesn’t even know how to speak to people or how to respect anyone.
My car was towed there after it was stolen. Because my wallet and ID was in it, I had no picture ID. They wouldn't even let me see what condition it was in.
I wish they had a zero star for this corrupt towing company !!!! That the Detroit Police kicked off the rotation preys on people in the good city of Detroit .....Michigan state police should look into why they use them still !!!!
Unprofessional, unorganized, and poorly managed. Having your vehicle towed is stressful, this company compounds that stress. The "lady" that services the public is definitely not a people person. Whoever runs or supervising this place needs to get replaced immediately. Even my insurance company has a hard time with them!
If you have all your paperwork in order ? Everything goes smoothly, but if you don't its not the fault of the ladies behind the counter..
Horrible process. They have signage saying they're closed from 12:00-1:00 for lunch, they're actually closed 11:30 - 1:15 for lunch. They close at 4:00, but stop taking people at 3:30, even if you've already been standing in line way before 3:30.
Very unprofessional staff. The young lady who I spoke with is very incompetent with a nasty attitude. Regardless if she takes her job serious or not, it’s still a place of business and consumers that come in are already stressed enough. Before you all hire someone make sure they at least have some customer service experience and more intelligence than a grain of rice. I had too much of a hard time getting my car towed to a dealership that my insurance was paying for in the first place.
