The New Executive Towing

I would give Executive Towing 20 out of five if I could. If my car was stuck in Vegas I would pay them to come get it. That's how hands on and amazing the dispatch and Kevin was that came and took care of my baby. You don't find service like this in Michigan. Paula from the start had exceptional customer service. Kevin arrived on time and went above and beyond to make sure my baby was towed to right place and safe . I've never felt more valued as a customer than I have at Executive Towing Thank you so much Paula and Kevin.

Kevin was like my personal guardian angel today. When the other tow services didn’t show up after hours of waiting on the shoulder of 96 Kevin appeared, hooked up my car, and had me to the tire place super fast. He was super friendly and definitely the guy you want when you need a tow. Will definitely call again if I need help.

They came really quick. I called AAA 1st and Kevin came within 20 minutes. I had already been waiting on AAA for at least an hour. He was patient and courteous. Even made me laugh a few times despite me being annoyed because of my car situation. Thank you so much!!! I appreciate it!

With all the crazy stuff that went on the day of my car accident Kevin was THE bright light and normal person that we met throughout that day! He was very kind, friendly and professional. My son and I just loved him!

Tire blew out in the Detroit area. Kevin happened to drive by and pulled over to see if we needed assistance as I was calling tow truck companies. He towed my car where I wanted for a very reasonable price. Kevin was super friendly and professional and made the overall experience much more bearable.

ET for the rescue! Consistent... Regular... Familiar staff! I'm back! This is the third time I've had to call EXEC. TOW. And I'm grateful for their reasonable pricing and dedicated staff! They're picking my car up and bringing it to me with a reasonable price that they negotiate on my behalf! My 5 stars stand on all ten toes!

Everybody at executive towing was fantastic with us. My fiance was the victim of a car accident where she was t-boned from a driver running a red light. Executive towing had arrived within 20 minutes of our call. State farm had sent us to a collision repair shop that was refusing to open at their posted hours. The truck drivers, Kyle and his brother, had waited with us for an hour and a half trying to get things situated with a collision shop. Not one gripe or complaint given the annoying situation that State farm put us in. They really did treat us like family. The dispatcher, Paula, that we were in communications with was also fantastic. She helped walk both of us through the processes of getting everything straightened out with the insurance company to ensure that their fees are appropriately handled. I could not have asked for a better experience with a towing company given the horrible situation that we were in. I would recommend executive towing to anybody and everybody. 10/10 service and 10/10 customer relations.
