I love all the LL Bean outlet stores. You can get all the things you love from Bean's at a reduced rate, and absolutely nothing is wrong with them, its just that they went out of season or they are last years model, simple stuff. If your a Bean's fan on a budget, check this outlet store out!

The staff at the Bangor location are not very inviting or friendly. I was disappointed with how they made us feel. We were there to spend money like everyone else. I will avoid this place.

I don't shop at L.L. Bean often but this store is proof of their excellent customer service. I got a down jacket from them over Christmas and it only went a couple of weeks before a hole appeared on the bottom with some noticeable wear around it. I went in looking to see if they could do anything about patching it but they just offered a complete swap out instead. They even let me choose a different color while we were going through the process! Bean did recently get some bad rep for changing their return policy but that didn't effect their top-notch customer service. I will be looking to purchase more of their products in the future in spite of that.

Wonderful customer service. You can take mail-order returns back to them for credit. The store has a limited but nice selection of L.L.Bean Goods
