L.L. Bean Outlet

Failure to have the desire to order something that they don't normally carry from a company they already do business with. Discontinuing the lifetime guarantee(albeit from abusers of it). Selling more imports, yet still have higher prices. These are all reasons for my rating. Customer service, simply changing their guarantee, and carrying products made in the United States of America(like they use to) would earn them a five star rating. I wish you good luck LL Bean, as we would hate to see a great company have to put locks on its doors. Thanks for reading.

This outlet location is always very helpful when you're looking for something from LL Bean. I've bought boots, gloves, hats, snow pants, and jackets here. They make returns and exchanges very easy as well. The selection is always changing so frequent visits are encouraged. Found good deals on nalgene bottles there a few times too.

First, returning items ordered online is a breeze. Staff is friendly and courteous. I’m often able to find great deals on kids and adult clothing. If you’re lucky, they sometimes have strollers or outdoor furniture at a great price. Don’t let the price tags fool you, be sure to look up/around for additional % off signs (usually 30-40%!) This is the type of store where even if you go in not needing anything, you will leave with something! Finally, the clothes are well made and their guarantee can’t be beat!

Love visiting whenever I'm in the area. Not as good as Freeport but still awesome.
