I had lost 25 lbs caring for an I'll mother, I needed a new suit for the funeral Jill at the manchester store was wonderful, she helped me pick out a couple of suits then put together an assortment of shirts ties socks and handkerchiefs for me to choose I also got a pair of shoes, Jill was great and I will send her some buisness, Kim was also great help

The absolute worst shopping and rental experience I have ever had, I made a Yelp just to review this place, I placed my original order in February with a specific date in May for the pick up to be ready. They gave me a shirt that could fit a man twice my weight and pants for a man 4in shorter than me, my vest was the wrong color and they 'forgot' to tell me when it was all ready. I'm currently waiting for the suit to be ready (they said it would be ready the day of prom) and the only reason I didn't cancel my order is because my date would not let me

My husband had to use the credit we got from the tux rentals we did for our wedding. Originally bought 2 suits and a sports coat and other stuff. However, went to pick them up and try them on. First, both sets of pants were hemmed too short and then the hem on sleeves of the coats were awful! If there is a pattern on the coat, the hem should follow it. Ended up looking like the sleeves were uneven and had a bell shape. The employees tried to tell me that it was supposed to be that way. Let’s not even go to how one of the other employees was berading another employee for a lost sale in the middle of all this. Very unprofessional. Next time we drop a boat load of cash on suits, we are taking our business elsewhere.
