Lane Bryant

I have had hit and miss experiences at Lane Bryant all over the country. Today was my first time shopping at the Manchester Mall location, and I had an amazing experience. Joan, a new employee, was fantastic. She was very attentive, lent her honest opinions, and made wonderful suggestions - to me as well as several other shoppers. I felt like I was in an upscale boutique with a personal stylist, instead of a mall store. It was such a nice experience. I was shopping for a swimsuit, and she made the task such a pleasant one. Apparently today was only her fourth day or so. I sincerely hope she continues there, and that she is appreciated by her employers. I can't wait to go back!

I work here, and I really enjoy it. The clothes are great and much more contemporary than they used to be.

I shop at Lane Bryants all over the country. This one is always clean and organized. Pricing is what it is, and you do better with sales and coupons. The customer service is hit or miss depending on day and time.

Friendly staff. Mean manager lady gone! Just in case anybody else is afraid to go in. A little pricey but watch for sales! 😄

Expensive clothes for plus ladies. When I need something in a rush, they have it. But definitely my last choice due to cost $$
