Terrible customer service from 2 sales associates. I went in to do an exchange for my fiancés jeans. He just needed different sizes but in the same 3 styles. She told me to go find them myself. I said okay.... then as I was looking through shelves and shelves of the men's jeans (prob 20 different styles), another seemingly lazy employee was "reorganizing" jeans 1 foot to the right of me. I had the three pairs of jeans sprawled out on the floor and clearly needed help. She never asked me! Then when I finally found the right washes/style, I went back up to the register and the original cashier told me to go over to arie or whatever it is called to process my exchange! They were helpful and nice. So, conclusion, there is deiniftely lack of training at this store. There is a difference between "knowing how to do the job" and doing the job well! And great customer service plays a huge role in that. Really disappointed!!!!!
