TL;DR First time shopping at Express, enjoyable experience, Katie was very helpful. I will definitely be back.

I had to get a nice button up shirt for a date I had coming up, and all the ones I tried on at Kohl's and Macy's were way too baggy. I had never shopped at Express before, but someone gave me a gift card to it a long time ago and it had been sitting in my wallet ever since. I ended up selling that gift card online a few weeks back, regrettably, but that's not the point of this story.
When I walked into Express, I saw the giant wall of button ups. All sorts of colors with three main sizes: extra slim, slim, and classic (then broken down into small, medium, large, etc.). I had no idea which to pick and I obviously couldn't try on the button ups in packaging, so I was kind of stuck. After searching through the clearance rack for some sizes to try and match the ones on the wall, Katie asked me if I would like to try my selection on. I had overheard her mentioning to someone else that they had try-on shirts, so I asked about them and she picked me out ones she thought would fit. Who do you think picked the better size?
After trying the shirts on and finding my size, I picked two button up shirts to buy and went to wait in the line, which was taking a very long time (not complaining or anything). After at least five minutes of waiting, I heard Katie say to someone else that I had been waiting in line a long time. She then offered to check me out at the front of the store at a portable register since I was paying by card.
Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely go back to Express to get some more button ups in different colors someday.

Stood in line for a solid 10 minutes when it wasn’t busy. As I was leaving I see the people who were about 4 people back in line checking out towards the front of the store. “Thank you for your patience”— how about next time you check out people at the front of the line who have been waiting. Also, the bra and top worn by the person who seemed to be running everything was very inappropriate.
