Beautiful store and the woman who helped me was wonderful! She was so lovely, and very helpful explaining the products, gave me samples and told me about the loyalty program, I signed up and she gave me a birthday gift! I will definitely be shopping here often because I felt so welcomed in this store
I placed an order with this company for Black Friday. They shipped it to the wrong address and refused to issue any sort of refund or take any action to make it right. I will not be ordering from this company again.
One of my wife's favorite stores! I brought her here for her birthday yesterday for a little shopping spree! She got shea body melting butter and some nice shea butter vanilla bouquet hand cream! The associate there was very helpful, friendly and attentive. She also provided us with two complimentary gifts; one for my wife's birthday, and another for being a frequent shopper. L'Occitane does a great job of rewarding loyal customers, and I appreciated them making my wife's birthday a little more special!
A classic staple in our home! I love the lavender bath products! The essential oils are very nice too and affordable which is a bonus!
went in late night 01/10/21 around 6-8p and was helped by an awesome associate!!! don’t remember her name but she helped me select some products for cold weather like their shea butter hand cream and let me have samples for an under eye cream that i’ll definitely be back in for.

These ladies are wonderful! I was shopping for a friend's 85th birthday gift. They helped me with every step! The final gift was beautifully wrapped and boxed! The birthday girl was over noted! Her very first L'Occitaine ever!! Thank you!!

My experience at this location was excellent. Melinda was the best! She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service.
Good customer service, they are expensive so it's not really a browsing spot. Store is small, but well organized.
