While I loved the concept, the food left so much to be desired. I love the hot pot idea, this was my first experience. The place was cute, the staff was nice. The food was not great. It seems as though they procured the lowest quality food to put in the hot pot and I wasn’t even sure the sushi was real meat. I will try the hot pot at another restaurant to compare. At the price point, I just wasn’t impressed.

Went for hotpot lunch. Price was $20.99 per person for all you can eat. We did the mushroom and Sichuan spicy soup base with a divider in the middle of the pot, and it was good. You can tell them to make it less spicy. Some of the items are for dinner only but you still have a lot to choose from - much more than many other hotpot restaurants. Some of the sliced meats are not the best to my taste. The little robot for delivering orders was cute.

Vast menu and sauce selections with an extensive sauce bar available to create your own sauces. We were a party of 7 with 3 generations, the youngest being 9 years of age. Every age range enjoyed their food and experience. There are too many menu options for anyone not to find what they are in the mood for, regardless of how diverse the tastes may be in your group. Restaurant, including restrooms was clean and tidy. Room temperature was pleasant. The music volume was loud enough that conversation from other groups was not heard but conversations at our own table were easily had. Will not hesitate to visit this establishment again. Service was top notch and is definitely a part of the 5 star rating. Our waiter was attentive without being over bearing. Sociable without being overly chatty or intrusive. He made eye contact with everyone, was extremely courteous and respectful. His manner of speaking to the children was upmost respectful treating them as young adults rather than speaking down to them as is often the case when going out. The same can be said in how he treated the elder in the group as well seeking her out at the end of the table more than once to ask her directly if there were any food options she would like brought out. This was noticed by the group and that respect shown was greatly appreciated. Our ticket stated our server was Ming and from all of us we would like a personal Thank-you sent to Ming for being part of creating a memorable evening for our family. He was unaware that this was a night for our family to both celebrate togetherness as well as mourn a separation and he truly made the experience exactly what it needed to be. Thank-you Ming, from all of us!

Love all of the broth options and all you can eat Hot Pot! The preposition was perfect, we got to try so many different things. Service was always around and very nice! We set an appointment,, but they said they didn't have it. We didn't have to wait long though. I this concept, but they could offer more instruction to us 1st timers. The waiter was very pleasant and did answer our questions. The bar where you make your dipping sauces could've been cleaned up. It looked undesirable. There were spoons in a couple of the containers instead of labels. So people had to dip their hands down in the container. The don't have sugar packets. So if you get tea, you have to use the sugar at the dipping station. We had a good variety of items to share and everything was tasty. They will charge you by the pound if they feel that you wasted food.

So good! This was our first hot pot experience and the waiter was great, helping us pick a broth, letting us know about the sauce options, and being super attendant. We never had to wonder where he was or wait around for him so we could order more. The food came out really quickly, too, and it was pretty crowded. We had the mushroom rib broth, a white-ish color, and the tom yum, the red-brown side. Both were excellent! The price was really great for a buffet meal and we left feeling so full and satisfied. Will definitely be back again soon!

We were in town to meet up with some relatives and came here. For AYCE style hotpot the quality of meats are very decent and fresh. Services are fast and friendly. Flavors are as good as you can get in the US. Great for gathering if you can eat a lot

Great place, food and staff. Karaoke rooms are private too. Highly recommend. Great selection including a all you can eat sushi for a slight upcharge.

Lovely place and delicious food. Very entertaining to cook the food yourself, mix the sauces and experiment. The staff is very friendly and quick. They also have karaoke rooms, in case you love to sing and want to spend couple of hours singing with your friends for an additional charge. They have discounts 12-4pm for karaoke rooms. Highly recommend.

Overall quality was nice but they do not serve individual pot... Every staff was nice but they seemed exhaused due to enormous orders......
