La Bamba Mexican and Spanish Restaurant

This place is a neighborhood staple. It can be pretty noisy when busy which is great when you have children with you! The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The bar is pretty big and they serve chips and salsa upon being seated. Definitely recommend this restaurant as a simple and casual place.

This place is a great lunch spot. Today I had the Grilled Chicken Avocado salad in a tortilla shell. It was great! Chicken was fresh and juicy, the vegetables fresh. All that in a warm crispy tortilla shell! Loved it.

Very cozy environment in the two dining rooms, and very nice separate bar area. The food and service are typically great, authentic Mexican cuisine. Only problem is you almost always have to valet. They have mostly valet parking to minimize accidents and confusion in the narrow back parking lot. There is a small front lot you can self park, but not easy to get a place. Again, food and prices there are very good, and it's a great example of a very well run, consistently excellent family style Mexican restaurant.

Spanish and Mexican cuisine for every taste. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent and service can't be beat. Self park or 'valet. If you've been looking for reasonably authentic Spanish food, this is the place. Some of the menu has been "Americanized" for local tastes but a great selection to choose from. The ambiance is mellow and the mood is relaxed so you can enjoy your meal.

Excellent, delicious Mexican food. Large restaurant, plenty of room for parties. Staff is nice, great specials on Margaritas on certain nights
