La Biotique

I have been spending over 30 dollars to get my eyebrows done at another salon. I LOVE my eyebrows and I don't let anyone touch them if they don't know what they're doing. That's why I was so nervous to get my eyebrows done somewhere else besides my salon in Cincinnati. However, this boutique is AMAZING and leaves my eyebrows looking good after weeks. The women working here take about one minute to thread my eyebrows. It's quick and easy and so cheap only 10 dollars to get eyebrows threaded.

Not sure if the thread was changed prior to the threading... Eyebrow area is burning and itching hours later. She thinned them way too much. I requested a trim and clean up of the stray hairs AROUND my eyebrows, instead she enhanced the arch from bottom and took too much off the top of my arch... I think I'll do it myself next time. It's so easy to get carried away when plucking/threading brows... Find someone you trust and stick with them. My friend loves this place, so I guess it depends on who does your brows and how you like them.

Have been here several times and never had an issue before. This past weekend I went and left with a chunk missing from my eyebrow.. of course they fixed it before I left so I couldn’t really see it. I got home and my friend asked what happened to my eyebrow...I wiped the makeup off my brows and there is a huge spot missing. Very upset being that they knew what they did.... and let me leave like that. Won’t be going back anymore.

I have been going here for more than a year and love it. Not only is it a beautiful and very clean salon but my eyebrow threader is amazing. My lady works after and I will for her. She was recommended to me and now I recommend her to others, men and women.

She only took a minute doing my eyebrows, and proceed to ask for cash right after. My eyebrows were too thin when I asked for a clean up and I was missing a small chunk of my arch.

Im a frequent costumer of LA Biotique, The day before my wedding I walked into LA Biotique just a few minutes before closing time and they had already closed register for the night, I explained to her I was getting married the next day and I really needed my eyebrows done and the lady closing the store asked if I had cash she could still do my eye brows I sadly said No since I never carry cash on me. She then said ok just sit here and wait for me, I said I can't pay you right now. She said its ok, I will do your eyebrows for free I felt bad and said no I have to pay you, She then said ok if you come back next time just pay me then. I love these ladies they are amazing at what they do. I did return after our honeymoon and pay her for her services.

The worst place to get your brows threaded!!!!!!!!! I will never go to this place again! The ruined my brows! My right brow has a huge arch and the left does not. This is such an embarrassing way to wait for my brows to grow in! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who takes their brows seriously. The atmosphere was cold like the women hated their jobs and didn't do much to speak to clients. It felt like I was at the doctors office! Will never return and will go out of my way to make sure none of my friends go either.

They did my brows unevenly so I went back the next day to get them fixed. They plucked them so thin I can barely see them. Never going back and will be wearing a hat to hide them until they grow back in. Worst $10 I’ve ever spent.

Can always get right in. They do a wonderful job threading my eyebrows everytime.
