Miracle Eyebrows

I can’t go anywhere else. My brows are always the best when I leave this place. The girls know what they’re doing.

I went in this afternoon to get my brows done. I’ve never had an issue but I got a new person at least that what I’m assuming. That she was new but she left my eyebrows raw. They literally hurt so much. She was extremely rough & so rude. More than likely won’t be going back unless the lady who is typically there everyday the owner I’m assuming does them. She’s the only one that has always been amazing.Service: Eyebrow threading

First time I went in, Rika threaded my eyebrows and she did an amazing job! Could not have been happier. Second time in someone else threaded them. I asked for a "cleanup" and they missed a good amount of stray hairs and threaded way beyond my natural brow lines. At least brow hair grows back.. But I will not be going in again. I don't have time to be drawing in butchered eyebrows

I've been going here for a while now! Rika is GREAT! I only let her do my eyebrows! She does a great job every time. She always has a smile on her face and is in a good mood. I've brought several people in with me and they all love the way she does eyebrows as well. She is such a hard worker and stays busy every time I see her. She also makes eyebrow threading a lot less painful then others. Highly recommended!

Please go to this salon if you want to walk around with drawn on eyebrows. I have been growing my eyebrows for 3 weeks, so they can be thick and full. Just to go in and have this lady reshape my entire brows that are not even symmetrical and super skinny! I am devastated. I just left from buying an eyebrow pencil and lashes to fix my face. The customer service was horrible, she never greeted me or even talked to me. When I felt her ripping my hair out I stated just a clean up please. I am so sad that my normal lady’s salon just burned down! Please avoid this please.

This was my favorite place to get my eyebrows done but they are always late. Sometimes 10mins sometimes 20 today its 30 mins... the respect for people's time is non existent at this point. You have people lined up at your door at 11a sharp. If yall need to change google hours to 11:30a then do so at this point

I ONLY recommend RIKA! She is definitely the best in the city; I wouldn't let anyone else touch my eyebrows! She's quick, her sessions are painless, and she's friendly. The salon is clean and even when it's busy I usually don't wait very long at all. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. She asked me to come after an hr as she have others and no place to sit! After an hour when we came back she said I need to sign in again and wait for an hour. I came to mall just to get threading done and it’s not fair for her to make me wait for 2 hour. She should have told me upfront I would have waited. Always wait times are long. But the way she treats each team to make customers wait is not fair. She should increase her staff if she is busy. This is Sunday she should expect the crowd. Overall, it’s not worth the wait as threading experience is also not so great. As it’s weekend and other places are closed have to come here. Waiting for weekday and getting it done is much better than wait at her small place

My eyebrows ended up looking ok. They were thinner than I wanted them to be. What was bad about my visit here was the experience. There was very little interaction between the eyebrow artist and myself. She was extremely rough with my face and rushed through the entire process. I was left with brow hairs all over my face and she threw my receipt at me because I did not leave a tip.
