THE NICEST BROTHER AND SISTER TEAM IN NYC AND THE BEST EYE GLASS SERVICE. Today, I stopped in from Miami Beach to buy a new pair of glasses and to have another pair made into sunglasses. It is like seeing family plus they are well liked by the midtown businesses. This shows you their level of integrity: a young man from the Emirates wanted new contacts. In the Emirates....his words...one size fits all but Isabella shared that different measurements were needed to get him the best optical fit. Isabella or Igor, her brother, just don't sell you something to get you out the door they serve their customers with the best ultimate experience in Manhattan, the USA, the world. An UN official from Africa asked his glasses to be sent to Africa. They did not flinch, they attended to his wishes and requirements. Before I had been burnt several times but since I found them 5 years ago, I will not go anywhere else.

I was in NY for business and looking for a unique frame dare to be a little different, which is hard to do in PA. Isabella was so friendly and honest about what worked on my face and what didn't. She made suggestions and ended up ordering a pair for me. I will continue to purchase from La Bleu for future frames.

I had a 5 star experience with Izabella at La BLEU OPTIQUE. I had a pair of 40 year old VAURNET ski lynx glasses. I broke the frame. Searches for years. Sent to La Bleu. They tried to fix. The break was multiple pieces. Izabella contacted Vauenet. Made sure the lenses fit. Sent me my brand new frames fitted with my original lenses. Awesome!!!

Igor was exceptional! Great, unique frames, designer styles with class. Bought 2 divine pairs. The personal assistance and honesty was delightful and fun. They were a destination choice when i visited NYC based on research.. i was not dissapointed! My local Dr. Will do the lenses but the frames...all Igor!

I really appreciate Izabella for helping me out to reach out a brand of glasses I’ve been searching for long. Despite I’m not in the state, Izabella is willing to write tons of emails just for discussing all my customized orders. I’m so grateful for her services and passion. There are online payment problems at first. however she gave thoughtful response and tried many different ways to make it succeeded. It’s gives much trustworthy sense of feeling. When it comes to an end for exporting the products, there are shipment problems from the delivery company. Then once I told her, she contacted the shipment company rapidly and the problems have been solved. Now, I finally get my customized items happily. Went to them because one of the joints of my frames broke. Not only were they extremely nice, but fixed it within less than 5 minutes. On top of that, they didn’t even want to charge me for the repair! Still gave them a tip though as they thoroughly deserve it. Was in NYC for a day and checked out LA BLEU optique, for some new eyewear. In the store, Izabella, helped me out for an hour picking out the right style for me and she was extremely helpful.
