If I could give it a zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time I walked in this place and was made to feel extremely unwelcome.. The first time was at an open house a few years ago. I thought my experience would be better today. But it was the same.. No warmth at all. You actually feel like they are annoyed you are even there. The girl at the front desk is very snotty but tries to do in a nice way. It's too bad because I've heard good things about the doctor.. For a warm inviting atmosphere I would visit Renu:180 , Aria Medical or Grace Medical. At least you will be made to feel like they are happy to see you.

They wanted a credit card to place a hold on just to make an appointment for a consultation. What doctor asks for payment a month in advance? None.

My experience with La France Medical Aesthetics has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is always friendly and caring, and I feel welcomed and pampered. Dr. LaFrance takes the time to explain options, letting you know what to expect. He is very patient and gentle in his approach, and the outcomes are subtle and natural. I have been very satisfied and highly recommend Dr. LaFrance and his office.
