My initial consultation was great. All my questions were answered fully and I am glad I went in based off of positive reviews online. Her prices for laser hair removal are reasonable too. What she quoted for full body removal was less than the first place I went for a consultation and that was JUST for underarms and brazilian. I requested a spot treatment included in my consultation and it was done free of charge. She has machines that can treat both Caucasian and African American skin. I am excited to begin treatment once I figure out the finances. She has Spring discount right now that further reduces the prices. It ends in April if I recall correctly. UPDATE 1ST SESSION: My first session went well, the finer hairs were a breeze and I actually fell asleep on the treatment table. The coarser the hair the more uncomfortable so please make sure you shave the hair down completely if you have coarse hair. I missed a hair on my pubic area and boy did it sting. I needed the cool pack on my pubic area more frequently. Different areas of the body have different sensitivity levels. My lower legs get itchy sometimes post treatment. After looking it up online, I found this is something that can happen. I only have it like 4 inches above my feet. So far, only the hair on my pubic area needs to fall off. It can take up to 2 weeks so I will update this review again when that happens and also let you know if the new hair growth will be less and finer like should be the case. The pubic area is where I have the coarsest hair, so maybe that is why the hair is taking longer to fall out. It currently feels like stubble you get after shaving. I have not gotten any ingrown hairs though, which would have already happened and this is 4 days in. I however have around 4 tiny bumps but again, I looked it up and this is normal. So far so good. Raquel made it a comfortable experience.

Very comfortable environment. Staff members were thorough and caring; explained all aspects of laser hair removal process. The pain was bearable as well during removal. I would recommend to others for sure!

I love love love this place. I had had a terrible experience many moons ago with laser hair removal. However, at the recommendation of a colleague I tried Transformations. I literally almost cried after my first treatment. It was nearly painless and I saw immediate results. I will likely be a client for the remainder of my time on earth, as I will think of new areas to treat and pamper as time goes on. I unequivocally recommend Transformations!

Racquel is amazing and very knowledgeable! I was pretty nervous and a little skeptical about laser hair removal, but she really took her time to explain the process (how it works/the hair growth cycles) to me and also helped me to just feel comfortable and relaxed. The facility is lovely and comfortable.. I most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to remove hair permanently! :)

I love this place! At transformations you really feel like you are at a spa from their facials to their laser hair removal. Staff are pleasant and Racquel is very knowledgeable about skin care and the products she uses! I recommend this place for all your beauty enhancement needs! :)
