à la Minute Ice Cream

I'm a huge ice cream fanatic. So when I tell you this place is delicious, it truly is. The ice cream is made by using liquid nitrogen right in front of you. the consistency and texture of the ice cram is smooth and thick with a very milky taste to it. nothing like your rite aid ice cream. they offer cups or cones. Its a little hole in the wall place , well known, with excellent service. the ice cream is a bit pricey if your on a budget and have large family. A small cup will cost you five buck and a medium six. If you like something sweet and salty I would order the salted caramel. It's vanilla ice cream drizzled with sweet caramel and topped with a dash of salt. My favorite.

Simply the best ice cream ever. Unique delicious flavors. It's very rich so a small or mini size is more then enough and saves you money! They even give you small spoons so you can savor it. It's the one place I have to visit whenever I'm in town

We've all had the family member that leaves the ice cream out and it melts a bit before being returned to the freezer. Then the next time you want ice cream it's not as smooth, and often full of ice shards. If that's your thing, then step right up and give a la minute your money. Let's pour some stuff in a bowl, freeze it, then charge a premium for it. I'll be honest, it's a genius business venture. And the hype they have created is certainly working. But this is not ice cream, because ice cream is actually creamy.

It's odd and unusual and the ice cream is outstanding. Gets real busy probably due to the awesomeness of their stuff so sometimes there's an extended wait to order. I love this place because it is not a giant franchised corporate controlled food supplier. Employees seemed proud of what they do.

A little pricey and totally worth it. I've had pretty much ever flavor and they are all worth trying. Espresso Chip is my usual go to. Perfect mix of creamy with just a hint of sweetness peeking through the espresso balanced by the chocolate.
