You are better off registering with the companies personally. If you can visit LA Fashion District is even better.Majority of those places have their own website. This place will continue to see your registration, seller's permit, invoices, and they will say they cannot read it or " you cant send it that way" Just go online and to the fashion district of la and go to their websites. As long as you are valid. I am sure they dont mind you spending money in their stores. Also it is hard to get in touch with customer service.

Watch the sizes on ordering! My best friend ordered my 6 bridesmaids dresses and NONE of them fit! So they have to spend another hundred to get them altered! Thanks a lot LA Showroom! Also, they apparently changed their ordering policy AFTER the 6 dresses were ordered. I needed one more for another bridesmaid and they couldn't order because you have to have a order of at least 5 even though we already ordered 6, 600 dollars worth of dresses that didn't fit and couldn't order another dress to match the others, it's for my wedding for crying out loud! We couldn't return the dresses either! So I was stuck! 600 dollars worth of dresses they didn't fit and you couldn't help a bride out! Very disappointed!

Extremely painful "verification" process. Ignores phone calls and messages. Treats businesses like a number and not a company they value doing business with.

buyer beware!!! Our card has been stolen 4 times in 4 months from this site! We know this because one of the cards we used was new and never used anywhere else.
