Nice showroom - fairly large but nicely arranged/displayed. I usually dread entering a furniture store because a sales person is on you like glue. Bill Reid did saunter over fairly quickly but after asking about our interests and pointing out the showroom layout, he laid back discreetly. He listened and would approach with a suggestion, then step back. We appreciated the laid-back approach. We made a purchase. He explained everything clearly. A good furniture shopping experience.

I cant remember the name of my salesperson but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store setup was nice. I was looking for a small recliner for a bedroom. Most of the recliners were together so you could just walk through, look, sit, compare prices. Checkout took about 10 minutes. I've made several purchases from this store and will go back again.

This is my second La-Z-Boy purchase. My first set was purchased about 25 years ago, it went through 3 kids and and their friends, It was used everyday bu by our family and held up so great that I’ve purchased a second set for my new home!! Going in I already had the Mackenzie set picked out I just needed to pick a fabric and Mike was very helpful in getting that done!!! A great experience all together!!!

I spent two hours on hold today waiting to schedule service on my recliner. No one ever answered. The same thing happened previously but then I was able to get through. It took a few months to get my recliner fixed then and now I need it again. The product is expensive and does not last. Getting service is almost impossible. I will never buy another lazy boy product. Unfortunately, I already have a few of their products. This one will be replaced and put in the trash.

Service was excellent and not overbearing. We felt comfortable looking around without someone breathing down our necks. Our representative was courteous, and knew her inventory. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had an excellent experience. It was nice to be given time to walk around without being attacked by a Salesperson. When we were ready, we received undivided attention from a Design Expert, Neha Desai. The design service is amazing and just what we needed. Our Designer, Whitney Campbell was a tremendous help, giving us ideas and a final decorated room that we love. We would recommend LaZBoy, it has so much more than just recliners along with attentive and professional service.

Great input about available choices and styles of furniture. I was able to discuss my thoughts about styles and the use of sectionals. Always nice and was happy with what we ordered. Love La-Z-Boy!

We were very pleased with the service we received at your lazyboy store in Newark, Mike was very pleasant to work with, very informative, knew exactly what we wanted and what we didn’t want, we didn’t feel harassed or under pressure to buy at all, had a nice conversation with him, he gave us an additional discount because my husband is a first responder and military veteran. Will be needing a sectional in the near future, will definitely go back and see Mike. Heck of a nice guy!!

I was very pleased with the service here. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase. Not too much sales pressure but we walked in knowing pretty much what we wanted.
