BOTCHED JOB Worst experience in my entire life. Traine appointed to take sample, punctured my hands several times to take bood samples. My hand was swolen after the blood work. After 10 days they asked me come again as blood taken for test was insufficient. Due to this, I missed my Dr. appointment as reports were not available on time. Received difference invoices to pay for botched jobs by trainee. Rahul

I am beyond angry right now. I spent almost $200 for a hair test for myself. The lady admitted she didn't know what she was doing and then she didn't even attempt to follow the directions. I paid for a hair analysis which is supposed to be cut as close to the scalp as possible and test 1.5 in in length. As you can see in the photo there is at least an inch of hair left behind so the test is useless unless they redo it. And they better. I was only there yesterday so my hair hasn't grown. And on top of that she cut it on my crown instead of hidden in the back and I just had to pay $300 at a salon to color and cut my hair to attempt to hide it. And that huge chunk of hair she cut can't be hidden. I'm beyond angry.

Welcoming! Fast service! Quite possibly the nicest medical personnel I have dealt with. No one loves having blood drawn, so thank you for making it so easy and quick. Bonus: I didn’t feel the needle at all. True professionals.

They were quick, polite and having 6 vials done went smoother than anywhere else I've ever been! I expressed my fear of having blood drawn and she talked to me to distract me from the discomfort. I'll definitely be coming back if I have any other labwork to be done in the future!

I only wish I could remember their names so I could call them out by name.what helps with life as we trudge through our daily routine is if someone might be kind ,patient and human along our way.The two ladies at labcorp were great.They were kind,patient and human.Thank you all for that.service was great.Very professional as well

They were very busy but got everyone in quickly. Everyone I spoke to three staff total were all extremely nice and I had zero issues. Would highly recommend.

I tested on 6/15/17 Completed a drug test and everything but sent results to a job that I didn't. I have a copy and everything. Really sad. Next time I'll ride to the other site. The lady doing it, was rude but the receptionist is always nice and friendly.. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else that is Drug-Free and needs work.

Went here Monday and took a drug test and there worker Lisa Kinkton was very rude. She started by telling me to lock my belongings up so I did. I started taking things out my pocket she said “I don’t even care, I’m tired and if you have anything on you you’re going to get it past me anyways”. I am DOT certified to do drug screens as well and if I report what she did WHICH I AM, she might not ever do drug screens again. You might want to be more careful who you are dealing with when doing drug screens. And if this is the type of people Labcorp hires I will never return there again. And I’m making sure I report her to DOT for sure. So if you go to this location for a drug screen pray you get Lisa she apparently doesn’t care about her job.

I called to confirm that you had my doctor's request before I came in, but I was told to call back because they were too busy to look that up. Not very good customer service!

Showed up to my appointment to find out they closed early and no one contacted me. The level of unprofessionalism from this office is staggering.
