Went there recently to get blood work. So professional, Yohana helped me out and made the process so easy and fast ! Ask for Yohana if you need any help ! She is amazing !

It's great that they take walk-ins, the check-in tech is quick, and staff is nice, but they don't enforce the "new normal" of masking in medical settings. Several people were unmasked & one guy was even sneezing unmasked at the water cooler...

This place always has great service when I come for routine bloodwork. Joanna is the best phlebotomist. She is always professional, quick and reliable. I highly recommend anyone come to this location and ask for her to draw your labs.

Went for bloodwork with no appt today. Check in took forever because the iPad froze on me. But once I sat down I waited less than 10 mins. There were 2 ladies there today 1/25/22 and they were moving. They had patients in and out. Def coming back for future bloodwork. Very streamlined on their end despite the computer systems being slow.

Wait time was 40+ minutes due to the company only staffing one person to handle blood work and front desk. I blame management for that. My main complaint is the person they assigned to handle blood work and front desk admin duties kept calling me “Chang” because I’m Asian... that’s not even my name..... they didn’t mistaken anyone else’s name... if you can read English, you can say my name correctly and refer to people by their first name. My advice is to just go somewhere else. There are many, many Lab Corp locations and even other testing companies like Quest Diagnostics. Two other women I were with had to wait a long time and were visibly upset. Management should hire more staff to cover this location, and staff should refer to people correctly as they were projecting discrimination onto their patients...I work in the public sector, so I can understand sometimes you are unsure of pronunciation, but please first identify the first and last name, then sound out the words.

My appointment was 12:30 I came to facility 12:30 I already was checked in I had a 3 hours glucose test. This experience with this labcorp was frustrating for me because the lady in front desk when she came it was 1 pm and she told me that the facility will close at 4 pm and they are not able to do my test. For me it was waste time and absolutely disappointing.

The shortest wait I've ever had at a LabCorp. I had an appointment at 9 am on a Friday and was seen instantly. My only complaint is that I called the day before and left a message with a question and was never called back

Went two weeks ago. Never answer phones. Though walk in welcome. My blood work results still not received by my doctor. It's been two weeks to date

They very bad customer service and they don't care about your time and very slow
