I have no idea why this location has poor reviews. They take the latest appointments compared to all the other locations in the area. My technician was a black male and he did such a great job finding my vein. It was one of the easiest and quickest blood work experiences I have ever had. I’ll be coming back here again.

It's not the cleanest place and staff seemed a bit aloof. However, Gina who drew my blood was sweet, had beautiful smile and didn't hurt me at all. She gets a 5 star rating from me. If not for her I would have given lower rating.

Staff ignore appointment times and let “regulars” or people they know ahead of wait times.

I had an extremely quick and easy experience here. Reception was incredibly friendly maybe she's new based on other reviews, I was seen exactly when my appointment was scheduled, and was out within 7 minutes.
