Had my drug screening from Concentra sent here. It was supposed to be a 12 panel drug screening but someone didn't pay attention and did only a 10 panel drug screening. This is extremely negligent, now I have to go take the drug screening AGAIN, and wait TWO WEEKS before I can start my new job. Called the customer service number and the lady I spoke to was absolutely useless, she said i have to take it up with Concentra even though I already called them and they said your company made the mistake. How do I know this won't happen again? I have bills to pay, this is extremely unprofessional! Hopefully they don't make the same mistake twice.

I've had to go to Quest and get bloodwork done 4 times over the past 10 days and my experience was great each time. The staff know what they're doing and they're kind and quick with their work. I never had to wait for more than 10 minutes and they got the results to my doctor quickly.

The staff were very polite and friendly. Elaine was excellent at a blood draw I required. It didn't hurt and she was done in just a few minutes. She was very respectful of those who don't like needles! Quest is clean and a safe place to be.

I visited them for my annual wellness test in 2015. Overall is average nothing outstanding. I didn't have to wait much and the person who receive you was considered and helpful which is good. People attended as they come and the place doesn't look clean nor dirty. Equipment is definitely not new everything looked old-outdated. The nurse or phlebotomist did not explain you what is doing or what to expect but overall treated me with respect. The needle hurt my vein-arm and left a bruise and pain that lasted for 2-3 days.

This is the worst lab I've ever visited. It would be nice to know that they don't do drug testing at this site for employment before you get there. No email to confirm, nothing. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Horrible I waited for a hr and 30 minutes to get there and wait came before there appointments than at like 2:45 now all of a sudden your system is down now it is getting closer time to go home sends me to a different location and when I get to the other location they than tell me they do people like that all the time it’s always just one person at this location they do what they want close when they want and they need to be checked or you guys are gone to lose customers.

Even thought they open at 8am now the staff should come in at least 15 mins early to set up. It takes her 30min before calling someone after open hours

Great Service, got in and out within 15 min without an appointment.

Quick wait for not having an appointment and nice staff.
