Terrible you can never get anyone to answer the phone to find out about your claim. Department of Labor Is just the worst!! The need to fix It. How are you suppose to talk to anyone. They just hang up! You can never get through!!! Very frustrating when have bee waiting on your money. You have know way of knowing how of getting an answer!!!!!

It's a shame how this is the only way to obtain tour disability and no one never answer the phonea. It's bad enough that it's take forever to receive your money and the the delay with trying to speak to someone. It's gotta be a better way.

The worst I mean the worst cuatomer service experience of all times. Called three times in a row just to be hung up on. The people are so rude. So many people out here looking for a opportunity to work and these people have a nice job and dont know how to value or treat there customers ! I repeat trash.

Called multiple times to be hung up on and not even have my call answered. When i did get in touch, i explained i have been trying to call and got an attitude. Not helpful or nice.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Have been trying to talk to a representative for 4 days now and can NOT get through.
