The facilities are well maintained and have a very cool aesthetic. Gabriel was the leasing manager who helped me, and he did a great job moving my application forward, helping me get the best apartment for my needs, and was very friendly and professional. Thanks Lafayette Towers!

Michael Henderson is an amazing leasing manager. He is a very detailed orientated and organized person. He really went above and beyond to help us. We also love our apartment! It’s quiet and there’s always security around.

Unfortunately, I never got to live here but I wanted to leave a review here cause the building had the most responsive and accommodating management who helped me tremendously during my move to Detroit especially Yvonne. If the staff are something you consider then the management here wins over any other place in Detroit.

when looking at this apartment they told us that our electric bill would be around $90-$150 in the summer. why the heck is my electric bill in my two bedroom apartment FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS?!
