Lahout's Country Clothing, Ski & Snowboard Shop

Had purchased a "high end" hat last spring that unfortunately must have had some manufacturing defects. I contacted the company and after some back and forth, the informed me my only recourse was to take it up with Lahout's where I purchased it. So, on the slim chance I could find some resolution, I went in and inquired about exchanging the hat, figuring I had no shot...Well, the owner, Ron was there and he took care of everything. He even let me pick out a comparably priced hat to leave with to keep my head warm! Truly a business owner who "gets it." I am certainly hoping he was able to get a credit from the hat manufacturer. I'll forever be a grateful and loyal customer. Also, he employs the coolest sales folks who always make me and my family smile.

What a great place for all of your needs on an East coast skiing trip. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

There is a pretty great selection here. The prices are not unreasonable and there is a large sale section. The staff are friendly. What more could you ask?

Pretty much the only place we buy snowboarding great. Great deals/prices and cust service.

Pros: They stock bathing suits even in the dead of winter. Yay! Cons: Those bathing suits are $25+. No restrooms. If you are looking to buy ski related stuff, Lahout's will have it (for a price). Very disappointed by the lack of public restroom.
