Toy Soldier childrens clothing store

I had bought 2 trays with a dome cover on sale for $5 for our picnic table. I did not realize on my receipt the amount was $5.99 when I got home. I went to the Sevice desk to have the difference put back on my charge. Because the scu # ended in a 3for the blue tray and not a 4for the white tray with watermelons the #'s were ON the dome lid NOT on the trays. I was told the $5 only applied to the white tray with the watermelons. I took a picture of the display went back to the service. I was told they could only deduct the difference off one. I said the sign was $5 with NO other pricing. I was told it was beyond their control. I then said they you need to go remove the blue from the display. EMMA said she did not do the display. EMMA said it wasn't her job. Then I said that she needs to call someone to do it then. Again, was told "not my job".

My wife and I shop here daily for everything and anything. The staff is usually helpful and they usually have most things in stock. However they are pretty hard on returns if you misplaced your receipt. The manager is not a descent woman by any means. We have tried to exchange items without a receipt a couple times through out our many years of shopping this location but have been denied every time no matter how big or small. Makes us feel that our loyalty means nothing to her. She has even gone as far as insulting my wife over a broken TV we had purchased and tried to exchange. Had to take our business to the hooksett store where they kindly exchanged it for us. Perhaps the manager just has trust issues or she feeds off of having the power of being able to ruin the day of her loyal customers. I feel bad for her. Other than that I enjoy shopping here and will keep shopping here due to convenience and the few select employees that we have developed small relationships with.

This is a really NICE store. Has just about everything you can imagine, is regularly restocked and displays are kept tidy. Given the options in our area, this is our first choice for a Wally Run. The only downside might be the it's a bit hard to get in and out of the parking lot, especially at night, so just drive carefully!

Wanted to get some body spray that’s locked in those glass cabinets. After walking around and not seeing anyone I asked a worker near the register to get someone to help me. Stood for 10 minutes and got nothing. Asked the worker AGAIN to call someone to which I waited another 10 minutes before getting no one. I even encountered a girl working on an online order and asked if she could unlock the cabinet for me. She didn’t even look at me and just said “no” without asking if I needed assistance or saying she could get someone for me. Stay away from this store. Most employees are useless. If I could this would have a Zero rating.

Now let me tell you about Walmart. Wally World is always a good experience in my opinion until you get to the very end and are exiting the store before you are practically assaulted by and old woman who mandates to peruse your receipt, for what?? I had 900 item only slip perfectly bagged by the cashier. What are you gonna do empty every bag and find each and every item in the slip ahh no. Because I refuse and walk on by. The man behind me had 3-4 items and she just looked at it pretentiously and said ok your done. C'mon now, GAFF. I suppose everyone needs a retirement job lol

At least this visit they had a real register opened. But lost a star because of how rude several employees were, which by itself I wouldn't fault the store, because humans have bad days. But the store was dirty and multiple isles had big "carts" with merchandise just sitting, waiting to be stocked or brought back to storage with no workers around. Made it very hard to manoeuver and multiple "traffic jams"

employees are no help. stood in the paint department for 20+ minutes waiting for help, had 3-4 employees say they'll get someone for us and no one ever came, no intercom pages were made. everyone that works here seems miserable and has the "not my job" attitude

This trip to Walmart was good. It wasn’t too busy at this hour. We had a good shopping trip today. We used the self check out and that went smooth.

This 1 Star is for the Wal Mart Vision Center and their choice to close 30 minutes early last night Jan 21 2023. I arrived at 5:30pm and they had closed and shut everything down. I took my prescription and purchased elsewhere. Do your job.

Compare this with Wal-Mart at New Jersey, it's spacious with everything. I understand that NJ is a high density in population state. Still, the spacious shopping environment give the comfortable and easy feeling to be in... I would also enjoy shopping at a Wal-Mart like this although I don't really go to Wal-Mart in NJ.
