Lake Region RV's

This is our fourth LTV purchased at Lake Region RV in Ramsey, MN. We have had wonderful experiences with each rig so just keep going back! Very service oriented. They really know their products and provide service after the sale.

My husband and I are total rookies in the world of RVs! Thankfully the people at Lake Region RV are not! We were so pleased with the service we got especially from Kelly. She took such good care of us, and answered all of our questions. She gave us her phone number, and told us not to hesitate to call her with any questions. On our first outing in our new RV we took her up on her offer to call her. We never felt as those we were imposing. She genuinely wanted to be sure we were happy with our purchase, and felt confident about it. I highly recommend Lake Region RVs!

Kelly, Seth, and the crew at Lake Region RV are all top notch! We purchased 3 years ago from Lake Region and was extremely happy with the process. This past month was our first service appointment and we left very satisfied . From Liz, the service manger to Jeff and Ted our service Techs the entire TEAM was very efficient . There is a reason why they have received so many awards from Leisure Travel Vans for being an outstanding organization.

We purchased our Thor Compass from Kelly in 2021. She was a pleasure to work with. With any RV, there will be warranty work. Lake Region RV's has excellent customer service. We love our new 2023 Coachmen Nova 20D! We would highly recommend Lake Region RV located in Ramsey, Mn! Our salesperson, Seth was extremely knowledgeable about products that they offer! He made our decision easy to buy our RV from him, as he was upfront with all costs associated with the purchase and worked with us on our timeline. We never felt pressured to buy, we test drove three different RV’s and picked the one that worked best for us. The walk-through and delivery were awesome! Camping has always been something our family has enjoyed through the years. We have camped in everything from tents, pop-ups, truck campers, and trailers. My wife and I decided that when retirement time came, we would upgrade our trailer to a small RV. One day we just happened to drive by Lake Region RV In Ramsey, MN. It was close to closing time, but we stopped in to get some information on class B & C RV’s. Seth took the time to give us all the info we needed and showed us a couple of units on the lot. We had no intention of buying yet, we were just starting our search. We were impressed that they stayed open for us just to answer our questions. We continued to search a lot online, looking at both new and used. Because of the pandemic and people camping more, finding the perfect coach was not easy. We remembered how Lake Region RV treated us at the start of our search, so decided to stop by there again. Seth welcomed us with a smile and we sat in his office and described what we were looking for. Several weeks later, we found the RV we wanted & purchased it from Lake Region RV’s. On delivery day, Seth took plenty of time during our 2 1/2 hour walk around to put us at ease. I had a lot of questions. He answered each one and explained how everything worked. We were truly treated like family through all our visits and phone calls. From the friendly welcome at the front desk, to working with the financing, and every time we talked with Seth, we never felt pressured to buy, or finance a certain way. They listened to what our needs were every step of the way! My wife and I highly recommend Lake Region RV in Ramsey MN to anyone looking for a class C RV like ours!! My wife and I purchased a B-van in early 2022. First year bugs popped up and we connected with Lake Region for service. Besides being friendly, Liz and her team have been communicative and creative in resolving the issues our rig developed. A great experience all around!

Kelly was such a treat to work with. She is very knowledgeable and made sure she thoroughly understood our needs. The first time we went there she was already in her car and it was after closing hours. She hopped out of her car, was so pleasant, and offered to show us a few RVs that had caught our attention from the road. This place is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend!
