We purchased our RV 2 1/2 years ago from the Ramsey location-Scott was our salesman and I must say his customer service far exceeded our expectations. As most RV owners know, there are always issues that arise and things that seem to go wrong...PleasureLand has always followed through in taking care of all the things that have gone wrong and have even went above and beyond helping us out. We felt no pressure what’s so ever and they made the whole experience fun. The management team from the GM to the service department took care of a little issue with our camper over the summer and they were prompt with there response to fix the issue and we were very thankful and appreciative of the quick action they took. Great service. This was our first RV and we were moving internationally into the RV as full timers. Our salesperson, Jesse Seib, worked with us to order exactly what we wanted, and still calls to check in. The manager Rob was also a pleasure. There was no funny business with pricing that required haggling, they started with a good discount and I could tell from step one they wanted a long-term relationship. Good people all around, highly recommend.

Recently purchased a Grand Design Solitude from this location. We had a very pleasant purchasing experience here. This is our third RV purchase, but first from Pleasureland. There was no pressure of purchasing. Our sales associate Jesse Seib was very knowledgeable of the product we were interested. Jesse gave us the freedom to explore the unit without him constantly hovering over us which made the experience more comfortable. My wife and I could explore the unit and talk amongst ourselves freely. The purchasing process was seamless and over quickly. The finance guy Rob was thorough, but not pushy on shoving extras down your throat like most dealers are. We still opted for the extended warranty, but again, didn't feel pressured into it. We had a smooth purchase of a 2019 RV with Pleasureland. We are from VA and arranged payment etc via email which was smooth and complete. Also on pickup day, paperwork was ready and easy to complete. Jesse Seib helped us that day that we flew in for pickup and also assisted with a lock repair that needed done after purchase. We were given a check to cover the repair with no hassle. The only minor disappointment was that LP gas and gas tank were not full upon pickup, which made us question how well RV had been inspected before resell. All in all, we would definitely do business again with Pleasureland.

Top notch dealer, drove there from PA to pick up a fifth wheel! Well worth it! Shout out to Jessie and Rob they were on the ball and always available! They made it worth the trip!!! Thanks Guys

Unprofessional and disorganized. I scheduled an appointment Aug 10th for service on Oct 25th and was told that it would take a couple of days to complete the service. When we dropped the rv off we were then told that the shop was busy with winterizing others and wouldn't inspect ours until the following week even though we had an appointment scheduled for months. After a week and a half with no updates, I called to check in and was told it still hadn't been in the shop and this time they stated that it was because of people being out. Here we are coming up on 2 weeks and they still had no idea when an inspection or the service would be completed. Due to the lack of communication and proper schedule management I let them know that I would be picking up without any services completed. I arrived to pick up my rv, they handed me my keys, and didn't apologize or say anything at all.

Best service around. We came looking for a used RV. Sean was great did not push us out of our price range. We got a great rv at a great price. We are new to RV and when we went to pick it up they walked us to everything. I was a sceptical especial since it was as is sale. We did have an issue with the RV when we got home and they worked with us to problem solve and fix it. Like 4 or 5 phone calls. Everyone is super nice and offer us to call with anytime if we had concerns. We took them up on that and they are so responsive. Sean the service team and every at pleasureland rv was great to work with. Highly recommended! They go above and beyond. Going to use them when we save to upgrade.

Just purchased my first ice house. Service was great all around Jesse and Rob took care of me very well, would recommend to anyone.
