Beautiful bar ,even better service. I’m glad I spent my layover here with an amazing bartender,Josh he’s such a sweetheart. It’s my first time in this airport hopefully in the future my longer flights will lead me to a layover that brings me to Josh again : his co worker is also a sweetheart : Food: 5/5
Gabriel was awesome! The beer was cold and served in a sweet tall glass. Food is fast and on point, the flatbread was great. A must stop if you are flying through.
Fantastic staff with great options in food and drinks. The wine was great only to be equalized by the delicious lobster Mac and cheese. Definitely will visit again.Food: 5/5
Sat at 740 for breakfast. Fairly quiet. Lots of available seating and options to grab and go beverages & food. Sat at the bar and was greeted quickly w water and coffee ordered. Coffee $4 is mediocre at best and served w plastic creamer cups Ordered poached egg toast for $14. Option to add prosciutto for $4 xtra. Poached eggs came more hard boiled than poached but still tasty. Tomatoes on toast were nice and ripe. Fresh fruit was nice raspberries, black berries and blueberries. Potatoes were good. Total bill $20.16 + $5 tip Would come back Vegetarian options: Veggie frittata, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit
My man and I had a great time here. The wine is amazing. Gabriel, the bartender, was terrific. Good conversation and laughs. After a long trip and flight it was a nice and refreshing place.Service: 5/5
Best restaurant / bar at MSP. Located right in Mall, great service with friendly staff no have to order from cell phone here unlike some other MSP places, fair prices, and great made to order food.Food: 5/5
Stopped there for dinner as we headed out of town. My husband had the Mac and cheese with prosciutto. Looked small when delivered but actually filled him up. Nice portion of meat. Could have used a bit more cheese sauce to make it ooey and gooey. I have the ravioli with pesto. Not what I expected, but really liked it. Three ravioli with very light sauce. Then artichokes in one side of the plate and sun derived tomatoes in polio in the other. Arugula under all. Just enough and not too decadent. Fun to sit there and watch people. Didn’t feel like typical airport food.
Their pear & gorgonzola flatbread is super good. I’ve tried a few chardonnays and have been happy with them all. I recommend this place as it is located in a cute area of the airport and have heard good things about the other meals from my friends.
This charming Wine bar in Terminal 1 at MSP Minneapolis St Paul Airport should not be missed! A nice wine selection, reasonably-priced and delicious menu options both for dine in and on the go and a charming patio area under a natural-light ceiling make this a great spot to grab a quick bite on the way to your gate or to stop and spend a longer layover. They have comfortable benches in the patio area with power supplies, so you can sit and work off of the free airport WiFi. Their deli section features fresh baked breads, sandwiches, wraps, ciabattas and salads. They even have "wine to go" sizes of wine, Prosecco, bubbles and even one-cup sake as well as sparkling sake! And, if you want to make sure you have wine for arrival at your destination, without a separate stop on the way to the hotel, they also sell a wide array of full-sized bottles of wine that you can take with you. The Mac & Cheese with Shrimp that I personally had was appealing to both the eyes and the taste-buds and was easy on the wallet as well. Several over-sized shrimp were nestled over cavatappi pasta and served in a colorful red mini-creuset, accompanied by 2 pieces of Bruschetta and colorfully garnished for presentation. The flavorful 16/20 sized Indonesian shrimp were cooked perfectly - tender and plump - and seasoned with a blend of spices that was a delightful contrast for the palate to the morney sauce of the pasta. The generous portion of cavatppi pasta - which translated from Italian means corkscrew - were cooked al dente and tossed in a creamy, luscious morney sauce with Gruyere and Parmesan. Add to that hints of sharp cheddar and it was a spectacular dish! You can also have this entree customized to your liking with topping options that include: Prosciutto, Chicken, Broccolini, Heirloom Tomatoes or Slivered Almonds. The Hedges CMS wine which I enjoyed was a rich blend of Cabernet/Merlot/Syrah and it was robust! Susan provided such excellent service that you forgot that you were actually dining inside an airport! Next time you find yourself at MSP Terminal 1, in the main section between all of the concourses, make sure you treat yourself to a stop at Lake Wine Kitchen + Bar!
I did not expect to write a review for an airport restaurant but I loved this place. I loved it so much I want to come here next time I visit MSP especially if I need extra flight legs for airline status. The hummus was so good. And a 9oz pour for $11?!? In the airport?!? This place is such a win.Food: 5/5
