0 STARS!!! This place is the worst I have ever been to at an airport!!! The staff are beyond rude, and glare at you as well. I chose a sandwich over other options, but I should've chosen something else!! The prices are high, expected at airports, but it was $16 dollars for a COLD sandwich, and a drink. After I paid, I had to fix my luggage so I would be able to hold everything, along with the sandwich and drink, and she just kept staring at me... while I reached my hand out to get my sandwich, she just dropped it on the table, and stood there watching me pick my sandwich off the table. This is the FIRST and LAST time I will ever eat at Quiznos. The service SUCKS, especially the workers there that feel like customers are a burden to them.
Absolute garbage. The supervisor was very pleasant at the front. But the two staff working the sandwich... I'm sorry, is the well of workers this dry? Very rude. Didn't even close my sandwich while wrapping it. Huge lineup of people waiting for their food but the staff didn't seem to be in any kind of haste to deal with the line. The toaster was spewing smoke into the hallway but somehow didn't toast my sandwich at all.
The sandwich I ordered was good. Not sure if management changed or what but I would return.
This was such an extraordinary experience. Like visiting a foreign country, and being completely unable to communicate. The great benefit is, you will not even have to leave the country! I was able to get food, pay, and leave without being certain the staff understood anything at all. I ordered an italian, but got a chicken sandwich. I was hoping for some vegetables, maybe a pickle, but vegetables are for the salads now not sandwiches. The sandwich guy wouldn't give me anything, not for sandwiches! Clearly the owner and manager for this store are truly thoughtful gems of society. You should stop on by, and experience this memorable experience for yourself. I'm giving this 1 of 5 stars, because of the shock value it provides. Most memorable experience ever, great job Quiznos, do you really understand what you are doing? I could go on and on...
Honestly wish I’d checked reviews prior to visiting.. They’re all pretty accurate.. 3 staff members, all of which didn’t speak very good English.. They stood around chatting for about 4-5 mins before they noticed me a large 6’5 gentleman standing by the register then slowly walked over.. I don’t fly often so I was a little caught off guard by the high prices, but I guess it’s to be expected.. Also, I asked for no onions and because I didn’t watch them make my sandwich, guess what I ended up with? Onions... Definitely won’t be stopping here again if I ever come through this airport again..
Overpriced and not as good as Jimmy John's.
Horrible experience! I'm a frequent flier through my employer and I always fly through the Minneapolis airport, decides to give it a try since that head a breakfast menu, worst and biggest food mistake of my life! The staff was so rude and unprofessional, especially the lady at the end of the oven line. She even made smart remarks about patrons not knowing how to order their food, leaving the trash behind for her to clean up, making it look and should like it was such a burden having to make paying customer's meals! I would never ever in a lifetime refer anyone at the airport to go get food at this location! This company needs to wake up, open their eyes and actually listen to what customers are saying about this place!
The customer service is lacking. Yes they will make your food but everyone just looks angry and unhappy as they work. Food quality is typical of other Quiznos so no real difference there. Would come back but not a pleasant experience. Not many other quick food options in this area of the airport.
Have always loved Quizno's.....such a great place to eat. The only problems with this location is that they do not accept any Quizno's coupons nor the loyalty rewards card. Plus the sandwiches are a bit on the pricey side....however all of these issues are due to the fact that they are located in an airport...so these issues should be expected.
Horrendous. I love Quiznos in general. This one was so bad. Quality control issues and health code violations abound. The crew working 3.25.18 was severely lacking. I watched them wear the same gloves for 30 minutes and never change, regardless of what they touched. I saw them use the same rag to wipe the surface they make all the sandwiches with and the rag was disgusting. They put about 1/4 the amount of sauce on my sandwich that they should have. They knew what they were doing also. They put a small line down the middle then, pushed the two halves together and moved then around to spread it around. You could tell they knew they weren’t supposed to be doing this, by the way they acted. The only reason this place is in business still is because it’s in an airport and has constant traffic from new people. It was unbelievably slow. Not clean. Not good quality. And it cost $18 for a sandwich, chips and a water, waste of money. I would recommend no one eat here ever.
