Have known owner many yrs. Brought a complicated watch to see if he could show me how it works. No luck, to dumb. Top notch for repairs.

Went in to get a few links removed from my watch. It took less than 5 minutes and only cost $10. Awesome.

After much searching for watch repair close to me. I found this wonderful shop. Was able to get my watches repaired very quickly. Going back soon to have one of my father's watches repaired so I can wear it.

I assist blind people & Lam's is always able to assist or recommend replacement for their watches. Always friendly.

Took 3 watches to get them sized and he got them done every quickly. Very nice gentleman. I will gladly drive from Gardner to his shop if I ever need service to my watches
