Absolute worst venue for medium or big concerts in the area. Parking isn't included in ticket pricing, so come with a $5 ready to park in the only parking lot in the area. And if you don't want to wait in the lot for over an hour just trying to get out then make sure you leave before your show is over. They don't have traffic control after the shows, so it just become a giant cluster for literally hours.
If you just park for free across the street or even at someone's house nearby and have to walk for 30min to your car in the cold rain, you will still have a better experience exiting this venue then trying to escape the drunken madness that ensues on the asphalt hell of the Lander's Center parking lot.
The event staff is clueless. After emailing them about starting times for the show and being told that doors open at 6 and music starts at seven, I (and every other person who went to the show) was very surprised and upset to find out that the music actually started an hour prior and the place wasn't even half full by the time one of the two main acts was on. Tickets had the wrong starting times and there was no attempt to fix that or even an apology from the center for screwing it all up.
As for the building itself, the seats are cheap and feel like high school bleachers with lawn chairs on them. They are small and cramped, and leave much to be desired.
The vendors for beer and food are incredibly slow and expensive. $8 light domestic beers that have 15 minute lines or more will waste a lot of time that could be spent trying to enjoy a band. And don't expect them to be open very long. No place for food or drink was left open when I went to check an hour before the concert was over.
Bathrooms are small and crowded. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes every time I had to go. And since the main hallways are small, there's a bathroom line next to the beer line, which are both cutting through another beer/food line, leading to a giant cluster of rubbing up against a bunch of fat rednecks and wooks all night. If you're lucky maybe you'll only get one beer spilled on you in that mess.
They also held tickets until a couple hours before the show and sold them at face value ($75 in this case) at the door after people had been buying them at highly inflated prices for weeks since they "sold out" within an hour of going up.
Now, I would expect this from any run of the mill crappy venue, but this place is supposed to be nice. It's the only real competition to the FedEx forum in the area and it is like comparing a Pinto to a Mercedes in that aspect.
This place is over priced and underwhelming at best and infuriating ripoff at worst. It is not worth the money and they need to change a lot before it is good.
To end on a good note, I enjoyed the band and the lights. Nothing went wrong during the actual performance, which is what I came for. So if you are deciding on whether or not to go here based solely on being able to watch your band and nothing else, then go for it. Just don't pay too much.

Lots of parking. Nice event space. Was a little salty about the fee for parking, especially on "Cancer Night" at a RiverKings game when we are oncology nurses, but still had a great time nonetheless. Will return.

Needs more than one entrance/exit. But very clean and employees are nice!

Went to a NXT house show here, great experience. The venue is clean and easy to get around.

Awesome venue, but the center railings has more ass on it than a toilet seat. Sticky and very dirty. But a good seat everywhere
