The service guys are awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They keep you up to date on what is going on with your vehicle, any delays, additional cost or issues with your vehicle. You don't feel like your being taken advantage of with undue repairs or maintenance.
The Ford team were always courteous and patient about all my concerns and questions. Bella, in particular stole my heart from day one. I didn't know what to do about my van that had a busted head gasket. She was a friendly server as well as a professional seller. I would strongly consider choosing this dealership again in the future.
Never going here again. Only went here cause they could get me in. Replaced a shift solenoid since it wouldn’t come out of park. Said they fixed it paid for it and didn’t make it out of the parking spot. Had them work on it again since the issue was still occurring. No calls or updates about what they did or going to do. Only updates I got was when I called. Kept saying it was because of aftermarket lights. Turns out the aftermarket lights were never the issue and it was a ground issue the whole time apparently. Said they fixed it again and charged me again for the SAME issue and now my brake lights don’t work. Whether it’s because of something they did or just a coincidence I don’t know but will be taking my truck somewhere else to figure out the issue.
The guys I delt with were Dan and Tim in the service dept. I had that infernal check engine lite on and off. Of course it was off when I brought it in. That did not stop Dan. They ran tests until the error was found. Dan ordered thr parts , fixed the problem and I was back on the road.You guys are the best. Tim even recommended some great places to eat while I was there. Thanks to all that made my service problems go away. You deserve more than 5 stars.
1997 and they still get all the parts I want. Thank you for making owning this unit so much easier!
AMAZING customer service!! This was my first dealership purchase and I was really nervous, having never been to a dealership before, and Julian in sales was the best!! He was patient with me and answered all my questions to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I really appreciated his honesty and letting me know what they could do for me. Fred, in financing, was wonderful helping me navigate through my first car purchase, and he made sure I was alright with my financial situation. Just phenomenal customer service and I’m definitely recommending everyone I know to them! Swing by and you will be amazed!

Landmark East will be our "Go To" from now on. It's too bad West can't get on the same page. Had a tire issue and East took care of us with a new tire and out the door in 30 mins. West didn't even bother to return our call.
Those people DON'T know about FORD cars . The keep your car in the workshop while they are eating and joking . They count hours on you to tell you at the end : you need new engine and it will cost you $8000 . I took my car to a local mechanic who replaced the spark plugs and the couls to solve the problem for $200 ONLY ..
I was able to trade in my vehicle for thousands more than what others were offering and drove away in my wife’s dream vehicle. The process was quick and very easy! My salesperson was Walt and he kept me totally informed throughout the process.
