Brad was very accommodating and I am truly happy with my purchase. I bought the car as-is but Brad and his team were able to fix some of the hiccups that came with buying a used car at an affordable price.
these are really some nice people. i bought a car from them that ended up having some issues and let them no about it and they fixed it for free!! everyone i met there was extremely nice and helped me with any questions they were willing to work with me an did whatever they could to help me out they really are some decent people I'll be heading out there for the next car i end up getting and honestly i really recommend you do the same the people are friendly an helpful and even better they'll be upfront with you about any known issues with the vehicle I had really great experience buying from these guys!!
I wish I could leave a lower review. We viewed a car that we fell in love with. Were told the title was not on hand and we had to wait for it to come in the mail, no problem. We were told we would be contacted as soon as it was in and it was basically our car. So we waited, for three weeks, calling periodically about this car we were so interested in only to be told at the end of three weeks that they had already sold it to someone else. Didn't contact us to say it had been sold, didn't contact us to even say the title had come in. So now we are three weeks out with no car still and have to start looking all over again. We weren't asked to put down a deposit or even told that was an option.
I found a cheap car with low miles on facebook and thought i would go take a look. I was greeted promptly by a kind gentlemen by the name of Brad to which i believe is the owner. I test drove 3 cars and all reasonably cheap and at first i assumed they were cheap due to cosmetic issues. Boy was i wrong. The first 2 i test drove made weird sounds and i was disappointed because they seemed liked decent looking cars. The third car was priced cheap and had low miles. While the minor cosmetic flaws wasnt a concern i didnt notice any strange sounds. Well after purchasing the car an 05 Chevy cobalt for 2500 it lasted 3 hours. I quickly called brad which instructed me to bring it back for repairs. He had it alittle over a day and i didnt even make it home before those issues arose again. I agreed with my roommate that it doesnt seem the repair man knew what he was dealing with or know what hes doing lol. Anyhow im highly disappointed cause i have to highway drive everyday to get my medication and im unable to go with my new car. Am seeking second opinion for repairs however does 2500 not get you a running car? I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because Brad was always kind and made an effort. I seen all the raving reviews but this was not my experience. If you buy from here let it be known your taking a risk 50/50 and could potentially have to pay for more repairs. I bought the car Wednesday its Saturday and i drove it 3 miles to the vets office and sure enough it dinged 3 times the power steering light came on, power steering didnt work and upon approaching any stop sign the car would try to die. Thats the problem i have been having since the first day.
My young daughter purchased a lemon from here. She knows nothing about automobiles. They took advantage of this and sold her a car worth about $700 for nearly $4000. She had it about 5 weeks. And transmission went out. Police had it towed. Car lot was notified the situation. Refused to pick it up for 3 days. Then week later certified letter came, wanting her to sign and notarize that she was responsible for repairs so they could resell it. Are you kidding me? Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this lemon scam lot. We are in process of reporting this business, and attorney has been contacted in hopes they wanna go to court.
Went in to buy a car, got to the last step they took all my card info down, title was messed up, said they would call when the title came in, called regularly to check on it, after about the fourth time checking they said the car was sold, told me that was "business" and ended it. Walked to work and bugged my friends for a ride for weeks thinking "it'll probably be ready tomorrow" and now I have to look for another and start back from step 1. They even gave my info to Sirius xm for some reason, the mail that came even said my name and the name of the car I was going to buy. Not posting this review because I'm upset, I'm posting this so people know to not trust this business and to consider anythwhere else in the vicinity.
I had bought a 2003 volvo v70 from here. It seemed to be it excellent condition, but within the first 5 days a coil went out. That was a $130 fix that came from my pocket. Within the month several things went bad in this car. Both of my rear shocks went out, my front passenger tie rod went out, both struts and an airbag light. But what upset me the most was they had no plans on assisting me on the repairs. They sold me a lemon, then wanted me to spend a couple grand at their dealership to fix it.
The sales people are top notch and want to find the vehicle that meets your needs and your price. They are very easy to work with and they are very honest. Loved doing business with them.
Great place to buy a car! Ive purchased two vehicles from them and was more then please with there service and vehicles that they sold me. They also have a quick and friendly auto mechanic service that i rely on for all of my vehicles needs. Thank you Springfield Preowned, your highly recommend!
I strongly advise people not to buy any thing from this place. Spent over $ 800.00 on repairs by myself in one mon on a 2004 mini van and paid over $ 4000.00 on leasing it . I drove it for 8 mons. In town only. Then it stop running. The relay box ,throttle body ,air mass flow sensor and coolant temp sensor all bad in the vehicle. I have no transportation now and the manager acted very hostile towards me and the manufacturers when they politely explained what was wrong. Bad choice if you need a good car.
