I'm not sure all three elevators have worked at the same time at any point during the 17 years I've worked in this building. Plumbing problems are not uncommon and almost every summer brings air conditioning problems requiring the three buildings to share as it will go out of at least one of them. Only stay because my company is required to take the lowest bid and this is definitely a case of getting what you pay for.
