Lane Bryant

The manager Katie is absoulety horrible. I went into the store after spending about 300 to either exchange the shirt or get my money back. I did not have the receipt but it was on my lane bryant credit card. I explained to Katie I don't have the receipt and she said she can't do anything about it call customer service. Ok so I did. Customer service was surprised and said to me they see the item on my account they do not understand why she cannot look it up. The next day I went back and I looked around for something to exchange the shirt with. Katie says to me don't bother looking around because you can't exchange it. I can only give you the value of the shirt which is 79 cents. I explained what customer service said and she said well I can't look it up. And began cashing out the next person. I called customer service again they told me to tell her to call them she refused. I put customer service on speaker. Katie finally did her job typed in the receipt number and put the money back to my card. I asked to speak to her boss and that was an epic fail. The other employees wonderful. But Katie as a manager is horrible.

Never have to worry about how I look I could always find it at Lane Bryant I love the coupons and discounts don't mind paying my bill

I like the tops and blouses sweaters the jeans fit me just right most of slacks are long and have to be altered so i only buy the ankle length pants some of the sales are pretty good esp bra sales and true buy one get one sales but those are rare The staff is friendly helpful and they remember you maybe not by name but they remember your face for sure
