J.Crew

I think JCrew was so cool when Jemma Lyons was a creative director. Now they're becoming an expensive Gap. I had the worst customer service today. Older white lady who seemed like a manager had an angry frown in her face and screamed at me when I asked a simple question. Wish there was a zero star rating.

The best customer service! The store is always neat and organize staff goes beyond to help you Cindy the manager is awesome! Highly recommend for good customer service and prices. I have shop at JCrew in Georgetown store not once did anyone ask me if I needed assistance. The area where things that are on sale was on the floor area was very messy never seen this in a JCrew store.

Good service because it is expensive, but the quality of clothes is really love it!
