Lansing Brewing Company

Visited on a weekday at lunchtime. Not very busy, but a decent crowd. Everything was very clean. I had the fish and chips, and it was good. Three large pieces of fish, plenty of crispy fries, and the cole slaw was better than most. It all tasted fresh. Our service was great too. Everyone seemed very appreciative of our visit. I'd definitely go back.

Not the most inviting atmosphere but comfortable nonetheless. Nice seating area, beautiful patio, great beer selection (love the DIPA), nice little cocktail menu (they make their own liquor if I remember correctly), and suuuuch good food (chicken and waffles is definitely my favorite, though not pictured). There's always some event coming up which is a great way to keep a flow of people through the doors.

Overall 2 stars... I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere was inviting and well thought out, the names for the food was clever, and the beer list was extensive! Unfortunately, our server (although very nice and friendly) seemed to have too many tables and was very inattentive. What really disappointed me was the flavorless food. I had high hopes because the pictures looked amazing!! Sadly, the food looked way better than it tasted!!

I have been coming to LBC since they opened their doors and I have never had a bad experience from this place. They have their set beers that are available year round and they also have a long list of rotational beers that is constantly updating. There food by the way, is out of this world. Their Poutine is amazing and I haven’t ate anything that I did not like on their menu. It is a little pricey but with the quality of food and brew you get it’s well worth the price! Staff is always on their game and very attentive. Every time I go to Lansing I stop in

We enjoyed flights of great microbrew beer, a good meal, and friendly service. Tonight, Katie was our server. She was knowledgeable about the different brews, and made recommendations on both the beer and the food. The restaurant has its own brewery, and is popular before and after Lugnuts games. The stadium is right nearby. I'd recommend it in conjunction with a game or otherwise.
