My wife Jane and I were experiencing a very difficult financial situation. Debts, foreclosure, repossession's to name a few. We were referred to Lansing Roy and it was one of the best decisions we made. Both attorneys Kevin Paysinger and William McDaniel and the legal assistant Kathy K. made the process easy for us and put both Jane and I at ease even though there was a lot of paperwork to complete. I called the office at least once a week with numerous questions and each time Kathy K responded in a courteous and professional manner. I hope to never have to file for bankruptcy again but if I do I will definitely retain the services of Lansing Roy PA.

Filing for bankruptcy is, obviously, not a pleasant experience. The process, from making the decision, through the final disposition, is emotional and stressful. Our situation was complicated and took nearly 3 years to complete.
