This place sucks from there low ball offers to how well there customer care... lol. Thay are alwas A HOLES to me when i go in there. Browns computers is a way cleaner and freindler staff

The person I dealt with clearly had little or no experience with Linux. I had a hard drive on which I had mounted Linux (Ubuntu). The hard drive quickly proved to be defective. I had data on the hard drive I could not recover. He said he would replace the drive, try to recover the data, and mount Linux, although he seemed a little reluctant about Linux. I had specific instructions regarding how I wanted Linux installed. He said he didn't need that information. The price was good. When he called to say it was ready, I went in, paid for it and got the laptop back. He said he had installed a new 1TB hard drive, recovered the data, and installed Linux. The new hard drive is functioning, the data appeared (at first) to have been recovered, and Linux was installed. However, Linux was not installed as I had requested, and the file recovery was only partly successful. Some data is missing from some files, and some files have data in them that was not there originally.

I am an older person with basic computer skills. I sometimes have trouble describing what my problems are. However, I find the staff to be quick to get to source by asking a few questions and then know what to do. If I have to return because whatever didn't work , I get the same good service. I appreciate your patience and quality of workmanship Thank you

Incredibly friendly customer service and fast results. I bought a refurbished Macbook Pro from John 5 years ago and it still works great, lasting longer than my brand new one! Any problem big or small is met with efficient and courteous service. Cannot recommend enough!

Dropped off my hp for a diagnostic. The owner was very helpful and gave me a few options. We went ahead with the diagnostic and hopefully it can be fixed. Rating now for the initial meet, very nice, def knew his stuff. Will rate again after i get it back.
