I had to write this review because Andrew, the owner, gave such excellent service and time to me a senior citizen. I had 3 unusable computers and Andrew patiently explained things thoroughly regarding my options. He made me feel at ease and therefore I was secure in his skill and knowledge. His shop is clean, organized and has a variety of computers and accessories. If you don't see what you want, Andrew is happy to order. I finally decided to get a used but newer laptop that comes with Windows 10 and malware. I also plan on buying a printer from him. I am extremely satisfied with my laptop and the service provided by Andrew at VTPC.

I broke the charging port of my laptop, brought it to Vermont Computers Although Andrew got very sick, and could not do the repair right away, he kept in contact with me. After he was well, he immediately fix my laptop, and was very reasonable. He threw in some headphones because he had taken so long, which was not necessary. Andrew has even come to my place to help with another issue. He is very through and knowledgeable, and his prices are the best around. I would recommend him to everyone!

Outstanding customer service and affordable prices! - I went there for a laptop repair with my husband. Andrew (owner) set us up with a great deal for a trade-in for one of his custom built towers. He went above and beyond and went into great detail about all of my options until I felt confident about my choice. Then he customized everything to fit my pc needs perfectly and has been great helping me out with any questions I have since getting it. I am extremely happy with my purchase! I highly recommend VTPC to anyone that is in the market for a great pc or any electronics, they’ll be seeing me and my family again. Support your local business and check them out!

Showed up by accident. Owner took my phone with a smashed screen, and fixed it in a very reasonable time. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would recommend to anyone.

Called around town for a phone screen replacement the only place that was willing to help me Andrew was very fast very reasonable great price great screen quality A+++++++ for sure than you vtpc
