Sandia Toyota gave us exceptional service when buying our vehicle. The process was smooth and quick. The follow up service for window tinting was appreciated. We highly recommend Sandia Toyota for your car buying needs. *And as a side note, we were buying our Toyota due to a serious accident where we were hit at a high-rate of speed. Our 2018 Toyota Camry absorbed it well and kept us safe. Toyotas do the job when it counts! Love my new 2023 Camry!
I didn't get a last name, but Joshua from the service department was great. I could tell he was doing what he could to save me money. Bad for Toyota? Maybe in the short term. But my experience solidified my desire to return here to get my car serviced. Maybe it's more expensive sometimes going to a dealership for parts and service than some backyard mechanic or Autozone, but at least you know the people know what they're doing and the parts are genuine/high quality. Joshua replaced my wiper blades personally so I wouldn't get charged shop time. He had me go get the parts myself from the parts department and met me out front to get the job done. I hope I don't get him in trouble with management or something saying this here, but it's what happened. In Joshua's defense, again, I'll likely come back for sure now to get other repairs/maintenance done. My wipers aren't skipping anymore. Feels pretty nice. They also have really good package deals for oil changes. I forget the exact pricing, but ask about their 3 visit special. They'll also do the full car inspection when you get the oil change, so you'll know your car is in good shape. And take it from someone who's been around the block a little bit: knowing your car is running good is priceless.
Showed up and looked around while no one offered to help, when we went in for help they looked at us like we were trash. Test drove a Toyota Tacoma we really were interested in getting. Junior the sales guy was absolutely rude, took us inside and then told us he couldn’t do much for us it was closing time. Knowing we came down from our house which is thirty plus minutes. However ford stayed for us late while we were looking. Was told we would hear back in the morning and nothing. My boyfriend called and was told that the bank needed an extreme amount of money down and hung up. Manager is no help either, no wonder the sales guy junior got off acting in such ways. Was really interested in a Tacoma had them pull our credit and all. They had absolutely no customer service skills and really shouldn’t be salesman’s. If you hate your job find a new one but don’t be rude and waste time. Would absolutely NEVER recommend this place.
I took my truck there for it’s 5k mile service yesterday. The only two service staff having customer service skills were J Montoya and a young gentleman with glasses, facial hair, and wearing a black cap. The other 5? Horrible. I told a lady I was there to pick up my vehicle. She barely made eye contact with me, mumbled something and went back to her cell phone. Another just said “go wait over there.” Where??? Seems I was too much of an inconvenience expecting the most basic customer service. I won’t bother any of them again trust me. It was my first service at this location and I regret buying from it. If you value CS, especially after buying new, I recommend going elsewhere.
I just received routine maintenance on my avalon, the brake fluid wasn’t topped off and “recommended” maintenance wasn’t even at prescribed mileage. Total would be around 700+ dollars. I have 15,000 miles on this car and they “suggested” things that shouldn’t be performed until 30,000 miles. I take great care of my car and this was the first time I went to this place. I would be skeptical about this place, otherwise, the lady that helped me was really nice and professional. Don’t put your front end employees in this situation to up sell unneeded maintenance. I’ll be looking elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because of the employee who helped me.
This was one of those bad experiences. I brought my 2000 Camry to the service center in fine smooth-running conditions for a routine oil service. as part of the service, the tires were rotated but I did not know the meaning of tire rotation, that it is swapping tire locations. I had a spare tire on the passenger front side and that was now placed on the passenger back side. the service engineer said everything is in good condition in multi-point inspection with some suggestions on certain things. but when I drove the vehicle after service, it had some strange crazy metal on metal noise and also a grinding noise. So, I called up and brought the car again the next day morning and suggested that the spare tire swapping may be the issue. But after another two hours of inspection, the service engineer told me that, the brake pads are rusted that I changed recently at this very center, and shock absorbers are broken and basically would not recommend driving the car. Oh and the spare tire is now on the driver side front wheel. After some discussions on the nature of the issue and why the spare tire is at a different location than where it was originally, and what is the origin of the metal on metal noise, on which I did not get a clear information yet, the service engineer said he will look further into this and try to put the spare tire back on passenger side front wheel. After half an hour and after that tire swap, the car runs smooth with no sound but now the engineer nevertheless said it is not safe to drive. So, I still don’t know why there was this craze metal on metal grinding sound and how it gone away and how the multi point inspection came pretty fine on the first day is now really bad on the next day. I generally had good experiences at this place for the past seven years but it is those moments where something goes bad and how it is rectified that matters and in this particular case I am bitterly disappointed.
I ordered a Toyota 4Runner from Manny Delgado. He helped me each step of the way! Great dealership! Mark Holmes came out to introduce himself and made it a special event when I drove it home.. Thank you everyone at Sandia Toyota 100% happy....
Really dont recommend going here. The guy we worked with seemed like he didn't even want us to buy a car. We were here for hours and finally when we found a car we wanted we started the paper work. We were pretty much completely done when he came back and said their was an issue with our credit and he couldn't make the sale. Which made NO sense considering he ran our credits when we first got there. So we sat there for hours jumping through hoops for NOTHING.
I had my oil changed her on Tuesday afternoon. No issues prior, car has always been serviced at the dealershipdifferent one since we just moved from out of state. Wednesday the engine light and all lights on my dashboard went on. I went to autozone to read the codes and looks like it’s an issue with my water pump. What are the odds that this happens the day after it’s serviced? They seemed very shady when we went to pick up the car so i don’t believe they are being honest in their dealings. Avoid here at all costs.
I asked if they could explain why the amount I was being charged was different from the amount they had texted, which already included taxes. The guy that was doing the checkout told me, in a VERY loud and nasty tone, "we are not cheating you or anything...". Very rude person! I think a client has a right to know what he/she is paying for, specially if a person asks nicely. Nice customer service is very important.
